Individual and group classes
Pilates exercises can be done on the floor with small accessories, on a chair, a barrel or on a table built with a sophisticated system including a movable carriage and springs for resistance. She uses Tower Reformer as well as various small accessories such as foam rollers, rotator discs, rings and various stability balls.

Private lessons are for an hour and are by appointment.
These classes are tailored to your individual needs and may include conventional floor exercises with accessories, Tower Reformer exercises, or a combination of floor and reformer exercises.

Physio-Pilates classes: These classes are available at GOPHYSIO starting March 12 2019.
Each session will have 8 classes of one hour long with a maximum of 6 participants. These classes are especially tailored from students requiring more attention and corrections due to injuries or specific conditions. An initial individual assessment of an hours will be required prior to assist to determine your special needs and limitations and therefore to set appropriate modifications.
